The next set of Fortnite Festival songs has been revealed and will be added to the game and Item Shop later this week. Last week’s inclusions saw the likes of 2Pac, Slipknot, System of a Down, and Evanescence come to the game. While this latest list might not live up to last week’s, if you’re a big fan of one of the artists included then you will be very happy.

New Fortnite Festival songs are released in the game on the Thursday night Item Shop rotation at 7 pm EST/12 am GMT. On the first day, all of the songs are available to play for free before being cycled in and out of the daily rotation, although during the first week, all of the tracks will appear multiple times. Each Jam Track will also be available to purchase from the Fortnite Item Shop for 500 V-Bucks each.

The songs that will be included in this week’s Fortnite Festival track list are:

  • Avenged Sevenfold – Hail To The King
  • Megan Thee Stallion – Savage
  • Twenty One Pilots – Heathens
  • Twenty One Pilots – Next Semester
  • Twenty One Pilots – Stressed Out

This is a great week if you happen to be a Twenty One Pilots fan, if you’re not then not so much. Megan Thee Stallion’s track has previously been brought to the game as part of the Icon Series emote of the same name. The most interesting addition this week is Avenged Sevenfold’s Hail To The King. Many fans of the band have been hoping to see them included in Fortnite Festival for some time, but singer M. Shadows stated back in January 2024 that”we are not doing Festival or Guitar Hero Fortnite” in a message in the band’s Discord server, before promoting their UEFN map saying “Here’s where I’m coming from. We have done Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Rocksmith – all of them. Now, UEFN exists where people can create experiences and build in them straight from the artists. So it’s something completely new and different, but all people can go on about is getting tracks.” Whatever the reason that got Avenged Sevenfold to finally change their mind, it is great to see the band come to the game and hopefully, it will be the first of many songs added.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is drawing to a close, with just mere days to go before the launch of the new season. To help players finish the Battle Pass, Epic Games has enabled Supercharged XP so make sure to take advantage of it if you’ve yet to reach level 200. If you’re excited to check out any of the new tracks included this week but haven’t spent much time with Fortnite Festival, the mode is currently in Season 3 which has seen Billie Eilish come to the game as the featured artist. It is rumored that Metallica will be making an appearance in a future season, and with the recent inclusion of the likes of Slipknot, System of a Down, and now Avenged Sevenfold, it looks like Epic Games is looking to add more metal in Fortnite Festival.
