It is all about Call of Duty Black Ops 6 today as Activision is currently releasing a series of six teasers that focus on an activist group known as The Truth Lies. At the time of writing, two teasers have been released so far, but the next teaser is right around the corner.
With all eyes on Black Ops 6, a first look at the key art for the game has been leaked online, although it is blurred. First posted by @billbil_kun, the image shows a soldier sitting and looking into the camera, in a similar vein as the original Black Ops and Black Ops 3 key art.
Call of Duty Black Ops 6 is expected to be officially revealed before the end of May, which will be followed by numerous Alphas and Betas over the coming months ahead of its rumored October 25th launch. This will mark the first new entry in the series since 2020’s Black Ops Cold War, which was followed by Sledgehammer Games’ Vanguard, and then back-to-back Modern Warfare 2 and 3 from Infinity Ward.
The upcoming Black Ops 6 will also mark the first new entry since Microsoft acquired Activision, which could see the game launch on day one on Xbox Game Pass, despite worries and criticism of leaving a lot of money on the table, but that could also mean a price hike for the service.
