Bungie has released a new Destiny 2: Forsaken trailer introducing The Dreaming City, championed as the biggest endgame experience the series has seen to date.
Apparently there's a great evil that has found its way into the city, which is also riddled with brain-teasing puzzles and more aliens to shoot in the face. We're also promised additional lore and loot, which is pretty standard for new Destiny 2 content.
The Dreaming City also seems to include a 'massive Raid' within the depths of the city, which houses an 'immense creature.' So, presumably that means a massive boss battle.
Destiny 2: Forsaken is a major expansion for the shared-world shooter, and introduces a wealth of extra content including the new Breakthrough and Gambit modes, fresh Exotic armour and weaopns, plus a totally revamped combat system.
Those of you who pre-order Forsaken will get their hands on Cayde-6's Exotic stash, which features a special ornament for the Ace of Spades hand cannon.
Destiny 2: Forsaken is out for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on September 4.
