The Callisto Protocol publisher Krafton has announced that it is giving away every exclusive skin to all its players for free to celebrate the holiday season. This includes cosmetics, such as the Gore Skin Collection – a Twitch exclusive – and the Snake, Retro Prisoner, Biophage, and AMD Radeon Skin Collections for all Digital Deluxe Edition and Season Pass owners.

Keep in mind, though, that these outfits won’t immediately be available, so you won’t be able to start a The Callisto Protocol New Game Plus session with a bunch of new costumes in tow. That said, if you want to know when exactly you can access all of these skins, we’ve covered all you’ll need to know below.

The Callisto Protocol free exclusive skins release date

According to Krafton’s statement released via Xbox Wire, all of the aforementioned skins will be given away for free to all The Callisto Protocol owners starting Thursday, December 21, 2023. It will also be available no matter what platform you’re playing on, so PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC players should all be able to enjoy the giveaway once the launch date kicks off.

As noted above, however, in order to use the Snake, Retro Prisoner, Biophage, and AMD Radeon Skin Collections, you will need to either own the game’s Digital Deluxe Edition or the Season Pass. Otherwise, you will only be able to equip the gruesome Gore Skin Collection.

With all these new goodies set to arrive for free, there’s never been a better time to jump into Striking Distance Studios’ terrifying interstellar horror story. If you’re waiting for additional content to arrive, though, we’d suggest taking a look at our guides on The Callisto Protocol PC system requirements and Director Glen Schofield’s comments on its Season Pass contents to pass the time.
