Square Enix has detailed 8 more of the 27 jobs players will be able to take on in the upcoming Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin.

For those not in the know, jobs are SoP:FFO’s version of classes that players and their allies can take on in battle. Each one determines the sorts of weapons and abilities you’ll be able to use in combat, and you’ll be able to switch between them at will. The game’s director unveiled them on the PlayStation Blog, with all of them newly revealed aside from the Thief.

Some of the roles are based on classic classes from other Final Fantasy games. These include the black and white magic toting Sage and the aforementioned Thief. The latter will allow you to steal abilities from foes, and allow you to increase the drop rate of items. There’s also jobs like the Paladin which lets you recover HP, or the Dark Knight who sacrifices health for powerful attacks. Then there’s the Ninja, who uses tools to inflict status aliments on their foes.

There’s a few jobs that are unique to Stranger of Paradise. These include the Breaker that uses a Zantetsuken sword possessed by series regular summon, Odin. Then, the Void Knight allows you to guard and turn an enemy’s magic attack against them. Finally, the Tyrant allows you to give your weapon elemental effects like Fire or Blizzard.

You can check out more details, as well as some insight into the creation of these jobs, in the full PlayStation Blog post here. Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin arrives on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC on March 18.
