Hoo boy. Not long after EA’s CFO claimed that EA were reluctant to offer players cosmetic options in Star Wars Battlefront II out of respect for the canon, an intrepid data miner on the game’s subreddit has reportedly found a menu of what appears to be options for customising the look of certain characters in the game.
Posting up several images and a video, the menu is currently inaccessible, but was found by Redditor uninspired_zebra, and shows off a multitude of skin options for various characters. We’re not talking individual item parts or anything, but it’s no less interesting to look at. You can have a look yourself in the video below as well as this Imgur album of some additional skins for other classes here.
Elsewhere EA has released the latest 1.03 patch for the game that fixes several of the game’s issues including a tweaked End of round MVP screen. Sadly, it seems the days of those amazing credit farming robots may be numbered as a staff member also confirmed on the forums that a fix is in the works that’ll make it harder for idle players to earn credits.
