Sony has pulled listings for Dino Crisis, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, and Ridge Racer 2, which briefly popped up on the Italian announcement confirming July’s additions to PlayStation Plus.

It seems like both games are on their way to the Classics collection. Along with several others, too. In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced the first wave of new games coming to the service. From July 19th, PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will get Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Stray, and Marvel’s Avengers.

There are also five Assassin’s Creed games on the way. And two Saints Row games. Premium members will get No Heroes Allowed!, a cultish PSP real-time strategy game. And LocoRoco Midnight Carnival, a delicious, Halloween spin on the LocoRoco formula.

In the Italian-language section of the announcement (via VGC), under new Classic game additions, there was Dino Crisis, Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, and Ridge Racer 2. The latter, we already know, was playable in Asian territories, which had access to the new PlayStation Plus first. (It had the name Ridge Racers, rather than Ridge Racer 2.) And we also already saw that Dino Crisis is almost certainly making its way to the service. That is because it popped up in a menu on the Asian PS Plus.

This is excellent news, and it represents the potential of Sony’s new subscription for tapping into game history.
