The first few classic PlayStation titles for the upcoming PlayStation Plus Premium tier may have come to light.

Reddit user the_andshrew uncovered new entries for five original PlayStation and PSP games on the PlayStation Network backend. They include three games from publisher Bandai Namco, namely Tekken 2, Mr Driller and Ridge Racers 2. The first two originally launched in 1996 and 1999 for the original PlayStation. Ridge Racers 2 meanwhile launched in 2006 for the PSP. Two more entries came to light some hours later, with updates on entries for Worms World Party and Worms Armageddon.

While there’s been no confirmation from PlayStation yet, it’s believed these will be among the retro titles offered in the Premium tier of the new PlayStation Plus. Set to arrive in June, the new service will be available in three tiers with the top end tier promising around 340 additional classic games via the cloud. These titles will be from older PlayStation consoles, with the PS1, PS2 and PSP specifically mentioned.

PlayStation Plus Premium will also include the benefits of the lower tiers, which includes a library of around 400 PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games. So far confirmed for the launch of the service are titles like Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales, Returnal and Death Stranding. The service should launch in Europe from June 22.
