Bandai Namco sends word that the second part of the Depths of the Maw expansion for the delightfully creepy Little Nightmares has been released today, alongside a free demo for the adventure.

This chapter, entitled The Hideaway, sees the Runaway Kid introduced in the first chapter having to find and rescue The Nomes in a new hub-like layout that gives you more freedom than before, but also brings along more complex puzzles to solve.

Also announced today is a free demo for the main game of Little Nightmares, which is available today from PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. The announcement was rounded off by the reveal of the date for the third and final chapter of Secrets of the Maw, set for February 10, 2018.

Little Nightmares is out now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Steam. Alice liked it quite a lot, calling it ‘intensely unsettling’ – you can read her review here.
