Capcom has now released an augmented reality game for the Resident Evil 4 Remake ahead of its March 24 release date. Simply known as “Baby Eagle Is Missing,” this latest teaser serves as a sort of prequel that should undoubtedly whet fans’ appetites even more.

Those that head over to the ARG’s home page will be greeted by a green panel that details what is essentially the main plot of Resident Evil 4. As soon as you select the “Click to Enter” button, you’ll be briefed by three individuals – Agent Greene, Agent Velez, and Agent Hopper – .
Once you’re done reading through their initial comments, you’ll be given the chance to check out some pieces of evidence and pages that detail the abduction of Ashley Graham, the president’s daughter. You will also be able to solve a few puzzles that will help you locate the missing VIP.
Though most of the puzzles you’re given are fairly straightforward, some will inevitably require you to put on your thinking cap in order to find the current location of “Baby Eagle.” Fans of the critically acclaimed horror title will surely enjoy this mini-game as it gives a little more background on the events that transpired before Leon’s eventual journey.

This latest snippet of in-game lore is proof that Capcom is ramping up the marketing for their game now that it’s launch is closer than ever. The video game company’s next digital showcase is also set to include more previews of the remake once it goes live.
