Pinball FX3 heads to Nintendo Switch in December

Pinball sim Pinball FX3 is heading to the Switch on December 12, developer Zen Studios has announced today.

Making the announcement via a YouTube trailer, the Switch port will be free to download and come with one free table, and fans will be able to purchase more tables from a set of 30 available at launch based on properties such as Portal, Back to the Future, The Walking Dead and Archer and Bobs Burgers from Fox. Features exclusive to the Nintendo Switch are HD rumble and the ability to play the game vertically by rotating the console. Funnily enough, it turns out the game actually was held back a couple of weeks when a Nintendo employee told Zen that the system would work better if they removed one of the joycons, and so worked with them to patch this ability in before launch.
