The Spyglass Hill Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., has the immediate potential to climb the ladder as one of the best courses to play on for many fans. With the total makeup consisting of 7,026 yards, the Spyglass Hill Course is located in Pebbles Beach, California, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Coming with some impeccable ocean views as you weave your way through the dunescape and pass through the rich Del Monte Forest, the Spyglass Hill Course has a total of five holes, with the defining feature being how each of those five holes juxtapose the remainder of the round you play. The featured hole is the fourth (370 yards, par 4), and is the ‘most favorite par 4’ that Trent Jones Sr. has ever designed.

Although this new course comes with plenty of scenic views, it’s also one of the most challenging courses to play on, particularly because of the fourth hole. The Spyglass Hill course encourages one to send a boomerang-style shot towards the par 4, with sandy banks of trouble looming near both on the left and right of the fairway. However, the challenge of the fourth hole only adds to the magic that this Spyglass Hill Golf Course caters, and when all is said and done, it will help you improve your game.
