Overwatch 2 Season 2 is well underway and players can finally explore the brand new offerings provided by the game. One particular feature that this latest chapter has unsurprisingly brought forward is another unique hero.

NOW READ: Overwatch 2 Ramattra Abilities Breakdown

Ramattra, the leader of Null Sector, was introduced to player’s worldwide along with the release of the new season. The heavyset hero was described by developers as being the game’s first tempo tank. With a number of skills that can help teams on both offense and defense, plenty of users will surely agree with the label.

Before the current chapter began, players could originally unlock Ramattra by either purchasing the premium Battle Pass or grinding out free BP tiers. However, game director Aaron Keller has now informed the community that it will be easier to unlock the latest hero.

According to Keller’s recent post, they’ve now moved Ramattra from Tier 55 to Tier 45 of the free Battle Pass. This 10 rank difference will now make it less challenging for users to gain access to the latest Tank hero without having to pay a premium price.

Additionally, the weekly challenges have also been made easier which, in turn, makes climbing up BP tiers much faster. These weekly challenges have always been an important aspect of the game especially for those who refrain from purchasing additional in-game content.

With a multitude of new additions and improvements, Overwatch 2 will surely attract more players to its growing community. If you want to know how many active users the game currently has, you can check it out here.

A new area called the Shambali Monastery was also integrated into the game’s current map list. You can read about this refuge for the Omnics here.

Overwatch 2 Season 2 is now playable on platforms worldwide for the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
