Overwatch 2 Season 2 Reveal Schedule – Gameplay Trailers, Developer Updates, & More

Overwatch 2 has revealed a release schedule for the upcoming second season of the popular FPS title. The announcement, which was posted on the official Overwatch Twitter account, detailed the release strategy for the next few weeks in preparation for the latest chapter’s launch on December 6.

Most of the planned schedule focuses on disclosing more information about the newest Tank character, Ramattra. Additional details regarding what to expect in Season 2 will also be divulged later on. Overwatch 2 Season 2 Reveal Schedule

The initial date that was given on the official reveal schedule is planned for November 26, 2022. During this time, further information regarding Ramattra will be provided in the form of a gameplay trailer. Afterwards, a 5-part series that centers around a Ramattra developer update will be made available to the public starting November 27, 2022.

That will then be followed by a Season 2 Gameplay Trailer along with a Content Roadmap on November 29, 2022. Finally, a new map will be revealed to the community on December 2, 2022, four days before the start of the next chapter.

The second season arrives a full 9 weeks after the first began on October 4, 2022. Kiriko, a Support hero, was similarly introduced during this time. Additionally, a unique game mode and B0BGMDRHW6more maps were also included as part of the kick-off for Season 1.

Overwatch 2 Season 2 will become available for the PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC on December 6, 2022. For those that want to avail of the Premium Battle Pass, it will be purchasable for $9.99/£8.39.
