About and hour into Nintendo’s conference at the Games Convention in Leipzig, Nintendo finally revealed some new Wii games. First to be revealed was Mario Strikers Charged, a sequel to the popular arcade-style football title for the GameCube. The game will feature control via the Wii remote, and will be playable on the stand at the show.

Second up, and an altogether more exciting announcement, was Battalion Wars 2 (or BWii). Surprisingly, this will also be in playable form on Nintendo’s stand.

We’ll bring you all the new from Leipzig as it happens throughout the week.
