MW2 Season 2 Reloaded has brought a plethora of new features to the fray, but none are arguably more significant than the new map called the Himmelmatt Expo. Located in the Swiss Alps, this latest addition contains several locations both within buildings and outside of them, meaning there’ll be plenty of areas for exciting gunfights.

The Himmelmatt Expo has four major areas, namely the Event Center, Main Roads, Restaurant, and the Pool & Sauna, that operators will be able to sprint into to get the fireworks started. According to Activision and Infinity Ward’s blog post on the new map, the Event Center takes up the most space out of all four main regions.

This primary structure contains several vacated amenities such as various “reception services, a Conference Room, the Lounge, and a Terrace.” Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use these facilities for pleasure as you’ll most likely be too busy shooting or getting shot at. It’s worth noting, though, that the Lounge provides a great view of the outer pool, not for sightseeing but for sniping those attempting to creep in from this area.

If you prefer the outdoors, then we recommend sticking to the Main Roads and the Pool & Sauna sections instead. The former contains several unmanned vehicles that are sadly not drivable, but can still be used as cover. On the other hand, those looking to take a dip or conduct an underwater assault will be able to use the latter area as an alternative option.

Now that you’ve got an idea of what this latest map contains, we suggest heading over soon because many others will want to get in on the action. But instead of a weekend duffel bag, we recommend bringing a gun along with a few friends because other operators will be doing the same thing.
