Marvel Snap, the creative new superhero-themed installment from developer Second Dinner, has taken the card game genre by storm. Its combination of fast-paced action and innovative card reward system has made it an incredibly popular entry for casual and veteran players alike.

Now that it’s established itself as a household title, the developers are planning more in-game events to keep their game continuously relevant. Their latest effort, thematically called Winterverse, exhibits their commitment to making Marvel Snap as engaging as possible. For those curious about this special occasion, we’ve written down all that we know about the event below.
When is the Marvel Snap Winterverse Event?
The Winterverse Event began on December 20, 2022 and will last until January 3, 2023. Players that login to the game for all 14 days will receive a different reward each time. Throughout its duration, users will also have the chance to acquire Winterverse variants of five different characters when opening Collector’s Reserves.
What Rewards are in the Marvel Snap Winterverse Event?
Players that participate during the event can expect to receive plenty of Gold, Credits, and Boosters. However, the grand prize that will be given out on December 25, 2022 is a special Nick Fury card autographed by Samuel L. Jackson himself.

Other significant rewards include a Black Panther avatar to be given out on December 31 followed by 500 Credits the next day. The previously mentioned Winterverse variants will also be available through Collector’s Reserves. Characters included in this set of themed cards include Abomination, Ebony Maw, Patriot, Rockslide, and Rogue.
If you have some extra Christmas money to spend, a Winterverse Bundle will also be available in the shop during this time. You’ll be able to buy the set for 6000 Gold, which is roughly $80 depending on your region. You can acquire the following once you’ve purchased the set:
