Microsoft has revealed that a demo of EA’s upcoming fantasy RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning will be released on Xbox LIVE on January 17. No details on the contents of the demo have been revealed. A PlayStation 3 and PC demo are still to be confirmed.
Talent working on the game includes Oblivion lead designer Ken Rowlston and Spawn creator Todd McFarlane. The story was written by famous fantasy author R.A. Salvatore.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is due for release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on February 10.
