Frontier Developments has announced the first DLC for park management sim Jurassic World Evolution 2, called the Early Cretaceous Pack.

The pack includes four new species of dinosaur, including land dwellers, marine life and flying ones. As the name suggests, they’re all from the Early Cretaceous period and will give park managers an extra challenge with their unique behaviours.

First off, the Kronosaurus is the King of the Titans. They’re one of the largest Pliosaurs and use flippers to catch their prey. There’s also the small-and-stout Dsungaripterus, who’s related to the Pterosaur. Next up, the Minmi is described as “tank-like” and sports horizontally oriented bone plates. Finally, the Wuerhosaurus belongs to the Stegosaurid family. They munch on vegetation close to the ground, and use tail spikes to defend from predators.

You’ll find all four of these monsters in the pack, which will set you back around £5.99.  The Early Cretaceous Pack will be available for Jurassic World Evolution 2 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC on December 9. You can check out the Kronosaurus in the video below.
