In order to get these Styles, you’ll simply need to visit the MW2 in-game store to purchase your favorite team’s specific skin. Each CDL Team Supporter Pack contains nine items and costs $9.99 / £8.50 / €9.99. Unfortunately, you’ll only be able to buy these bundles for real currency as it doesn’t give you the option of using COD points.
