Arrowhead personnel are on vacation, and they have confirmed that there will be no update during their well-deserved rest on the beach. Because there will be no updates, this means bugs and issues players have with the Epoch will remain until at least Arrowhead are back. While some bugs are unfortunate, there is a nifty Helldivers 2 exploit that lets players become completely invisible to enemies.

Helldivers 2 exploit lets you become invisible to enemies

On the Helldivers 2 known issues web page, there is a bug listed as follows:

  • Using the LIFT-182 Warp Pack in the FRV causes player to be desynced

This is basically a bug that allows players to become invisible on the battlefield to enemies as demonstrated by Glitch Unlimited.

To perform the bug, Glitch Unlimited says you’ll need the FRV along with the Warp Pack from the recently released Control Group Warbond. Once you have both, you simply need to enter the back of the FRV to control the turret and then use your warp pack to leave the HMG.

This will allow you to roam the battlefield completely undetectable by the enemy. You can just simply waltz around the battlefield as enemies won’t spot or attack you at all.

Because this is a bug listed on Arrowhead’s known issues web page, the developer is aware of it and will thus most likely fix in their next update. We know Arrowhead don’t intend to release a patch during their summer vacay, so you should have at least until the week of August 4th to keep exploiting this bug.
