Halo Infinite will be allowing select players another taste of its multiplayer in a preview kicking off on September 24.
343 Industries announced the news via the official Halo Twitter account. It follows on from the previous technical preview at the end of July that focused on onboarding and the new Academy mode. That’ll return this time around, along with improved bots and a bigger focus on Arena PvP. There’ll also be a new map, and new modes including Big Team Battle are promised too.
If you’re wanting in, you’ll have to get your skates on. Participants will be selected from those who sign up to the Halo Insider program before September 13. If you’ve not done so yet, head over here to sign up for the Halo Infinite multiplayer preview. Or you can check out the helpful video below. Either way, make sure you’re all sorted by Monday to be in with a chance at being selected.
Halo Infinite‘s multiplayer will be a free-to-play affair, and will land on the same day as the game’s main campaign. Halo Infinite itself launches on December 8 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. It won’t, however, include co-op campaign or Forge, with those modes promised later.
