God of War developer Sony Santa Monica has released a new trailer for its acclaimed daddy-'em-up, although it's not announcing anything new for the game.
Instead, the Memories of Mother trailer casts a reflective look back at the journey undertaken by Kratos and his pint-sized companion, Atreus, as they travel to the highest peak to pay their respects to a special someone.

God of War was released on PlayStation 4 back in March, and became an instant hit with critics and gamers alike, picking up rave reviews (including a mighty 9/10 from VideoGamer) and selling over five million copies in its first month alone.
In addition, God of War also hoovered up a bunch of awards later in the year, including four awards at the Golden Joysticks and nabbing Game of the Year at The Game Awards earlier this month.
