During Summer Games Fest we got our first look at Skate since it was announced in 2022. This will mark the first new entry in the series since 2011’s Skate 3, which will make millions of gamers happy as it still has a niche community that creates content on the game. Although a release date is nowhere in sight, it won’t be long until we can check out the game for ourselves.

Players can sign up for the Skate console playtesting that will begin in Fall 2024 here, but you may be waiting a while as players are facing queues of more than an hour to be able to secure their chance at playing the first new entry in the series in over a decade.
