LEGO Fortnite has been one of the most entertaining game modes added in Chapter 5. This game mode allows you to build amazing structures and set up bases all over massive islands. On top of that, it’s perfect for earning XP and leveling up the Battle Pass. Due to this, it’s a perfect mode for those who want to take a break from PvP action in Fortnite Battle Royale.

Last week, Epic Games nerfed the AFK XP method in LEGO Fortnite. However, this did not stop players from discovering new ways to earn XP. In this article, we will reveal a new method you can use to level up your Battle Pass. However, make sure to also check out the list of the best Fortnite XP maps if you need an additional leveling boost.

How to easily level up and earn XP in Fortnite

After Epic patched the AFK XP method in LEGO Fortnite, we discovered a new trick to keep leveling up in this mode. While you can still earn Battle Pass levels by playing normally, you can use this new method to level up while being away from your gaming system. This method grants approximately 400,000 XP per day, which comes down to five Battle Pass levels.

If you simply load into LEGO Fortnite and stay AFK, you won’t get any XP. Due to this, here are the steps you need to follow:

  • Load into the Sandbox world
  • Open up the building menu
  • Choose Log Shed
  • Finish the building
  • Place the Launch Pad inside the shed
  • Step on the Launch Pad

If you do everything correctly, you will start bouncing on the Launch Pad, going up and down. This method will prevent the game from flagging you as AFK, allowing you to earn XP and Battle Pass levels. We tested this method before writing about it, and it took approximately three hours to earn five Battle Pass levels.

Considering you can use this method once per day, you can finish the entire Battle Pass with it. Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is scheduled to end on May 24, and if you use this leveling trick every day, you can easily reach level 200. Furthermore, once you build a shed with the Launch Pad, you won’t have to do it ever again.
