The Fortnite x Shaq collaboration is around the corner! The basketball legend will hit the Item Shop soon, and according to leaks, he’ll have two separate skins. Besides them, Shaquille O’Neal will have a couple of other cosmetic items, including two pickaxes. We already know the release date of the skin, as well as some other details.

Fortnite x Shaq skin comes out on October 4
The four-time NBA champion is set to arrive in Fortnite on October 4. Shaq will come out to the Item Shop, and considering that he’ll have an Icon Series skin, we expect him to cost from 1,500 to 2,000 V-Bucks. The big man will have two skins, Shaq and Super Shaq, and both of them will have LEGO Fortnite styles.
The basketball legend will also have two pickaxes, two emotes, two back blings, and a wrap. These are all of Shaq’s cosmetics that will come to Fortnite:

We expect the Shaq skin to drop on October 4, during the next Fortnite Item Shop reset. Since Epic revealed the skin, its release is likely just a few hours away, so keep an eye on the shop tonight. However, keep in mind that this is just our guess, as the Fortnite developer still hasn’t officially confirmed it.
If you’re interested in buying Shaq in Fortnite, make sure to stock up with V-Bucks. If you purchase the premium in-game currency this month, you will get the Bird Call emote for free. You’ll get the emote for both V-Bucks cards or V-Bucks purchases directly from the game.
Shaq skin countdown
Once the countdown below hits zero, Shaq will come to Fortnite, and you’ll be able to purchase him. At the moment, we don’t know how long the skin will stay in the Item Shop. However, we expect O’Neal to be available for at least a week.
