The Fortnite Season 4 map was finally revealed by Epic Games! Once again, the game developer will release many changes to the in-game island. Considering that the season will have a Marvel theme, this will also be the theme of many new locations. In this article, we will take a quick look at the map reveal and show major changes.

Epic Games just revealed Fortnite map changes coming with Season 4

The upcoming version of the Fortnite map will have many Marvel-themed POIs and landmarks. From a new variation of Doom’s Domain to a maximum-security prison, players are in for a treat. While many of these locations were shown in the trailer for the new season, we have a chance to see their names for the first time.

Here are a few new locations coming to the game, as revealed by Epic Games:

  • The Raft
  • Doomstadt
  • Castle Doom

Interestingly, the game developer did not reveal the entire map just yet. While these three locations will be new, Season 4 will also bring new landmarks and smaller changes in the other parts of the island. Epic may reveal some of these changes before the season comes out, as we will likely get a few more teasers by Thursday night.

The Fortnite Absolute Doom season will come out on Thursday at 11 PM Eastern Time. Once the server downtime ends, we will be able to access the new map and obtain the Marvel Battle Pass. In addition to this, Epic will add many new items and unvault old ones, including the SCAR.

Interestingly, August 16 will be the first time that Epic releases a new season for Battle Royale and Fortnite Festival. The upcoming update will be massive, which is why we expect server downtime to last for at least four hours. The next Fortnite Festival artist was already teased by the game developer and is less than 48 hours away from the release!
