Fortnite is getting another game-changing mode very soon

Fortnite has received many game new game modes since its release in September 2017. Back then, the game was quite basic and had only Save the World and Battle Royale modes. Epic Games then started releasing limited-time game modes, new playlists, and even Zero Build modes in Chapter 3. It all culminated with the addition of several massive modes in Chapter 5, such as LEGO Fortnite and Rocket Racing.

Adding new ways to play turned out to be a recipe for success. Due to this, it’s no surprise that Epic will keep releasing new modes in the future. According to a recent leak, the game developer will release a new version of Fortnite Reload. This version will be competitive, and players will also be able to make money from it.

Fortnite Reload is getting a ranked mode soon

According to Hypex, the most popular Fortnite leaker, Epic Games will release the ranked version of the Reload mode within the next two weeks. The leaker hasn’t revealed the exact release date, but we expect it to arrive by October 1, possibly with the v31.30 update. Furthermore, the Fortnite creator revealed a massive prize pool that will be available in this game mode.

More than $1 million will be dedicated to Reload’s competitive mode this season, which is a fantastic prize. The prize pool will likely be split between Battle Royale and Zero Build playlists, although the former may get a bigger share due to its popularity.

While we still don’t have all the details regarding the upcoming game mode, it may also include the solo version of Fortnite Reload. This version has been in the works for a while, and Epic may release it along the ranked mode. However, we will have to wait for a week or two before the game creator reveals more details about the future of Fortnite Reload.
