Over the years, Fortnite has often provided its loyal fan base with a wide array of new and exciting cosmetic options that range from mainstream icons like Batman and John Wick to those with eye-catching designs like Drift and the Galaxy skins.
With the arrival of Chapter 4 Season 3, however, fans now appear to be swooning over a completely different cosmetic that’s unique to Epic Games’ battle royale: the Purradise Meowscles skin. Though the musclebound feline has been a part of the Fortnite ecosystem since Chapter 2 Season 2, this unique variant that’s equipped with long, wavy hair while decked out in a button-down tropical shirt and striped shorts is a completely fresh take on one of the game’s staple characters.
So now that Fortnite has made Purradise Meowscles available, most players predictably took notice immediately due to the catalog model-like image that it presents. In addition, the ‘surfer dude’ aesthetic that this particular cosmetic brings has seemingly made it a hit with a certain portion of the Fortnite fan base already as evidenced by a few comments under a particular Reddit post.
One user named RefrigeratorDry495 couldn’t help but comment on Purradise Meowscles’ provocative design by simply saying “he’s so hot.” Another user complimented the new cosmetic even more by adding “and strong, and tall, and fit, and smart, and with beautiful hair.” Some, on the other hand, were simply celebrating the fact that Epic Games finally gave them a skin which they could celebrate the summer season with.
Unfortunately, it seems not all are fans of the new Fortnite Purradise Meowscles outfit as a responder said that they “don’t understand the appeal.” However, it seems as if the players that dislike this variant are in the minority as more people continue to post reactions praising the latest feline design.
With that said, if you’re planning on getting the new Meowscles design, then you’ll have to act fast because it may no longer be available once the current season ends.
