Epic Games knows how to create hype around Fortnite. The video game recently entered its seventh year, yet it’s still popular, getting millions of daily players. A big reason for this is the constant content the development team releases a few times a month.

Despite the recent layoffs, the development of the battle royale game will not be paused or delayed. Instead, Epic will focus on it and work on bringing Season 5 in early November. In fact, the company recently sent out an email to some partners teasing upcoming Fortnite content.

It seems that the game creator has prepared a lot of new content, and here’s all you need to know about it.

Fortnite will get a lot of new content by the end of 2023

Earlier this year, Epic Games teased Fortnite players with a lot of new content. Some of this content was revealed on the Trello board of the developer, such as the UEFN roadmap. Additionally, it appears that the development team is working on adding an open-world mode, possibly in Chapter 5.

Recently, the game developer sent out an email to some partners, teasing the future content. It seems that Epic hasn’t changed any plans regarding future content in Fortnite, since the email states that the team has “a lot planned for November and December.”

Last month, Donald Mustard retired as the Chief Creative Director of the company. In his post on X (formerly Twitter), the game designer revealed that the development team was ” working on huge, jaw-dropping, amazing things.”

No one but Epic Games knows what’s waiting for Fortnite players by the end of the year. However, everything points to a massive content drop that will make the game much better. If leaks are to be believed, we can expect Chapter 5 and a new racing mode.
