The next Fortnite live event is around the corner. Epic Games will use it to conclude Chapter 6 – Season 2 and introduce us to the next season. This will be another smaller storyline event, and to watch it, you will have to get into Fortnite at a specific time and date.
If you’re not sure when the event will begin or how to watch it, our guide has everything you need to know. Keep in mind that the event will only happen once. If you miss it, you won’t be able to replay it.
When will the next Fortnite live event start?
UPDATE: It appears that the only event we will have in this season is the Death Star appearance. The Death Star will keep getting closer to the island periodically, and due to this, there is no exact time and date of the event. We will update this article if Epic reveals another event.
The start date of the next Fortnite live event hasn’t been revealed yet. However, judging by the past events, we have a good idea of when it will begin. The mini live events usually start a week before a new season. With Fortnite Chapter 6 – Season 3 starting on May 2, the next event will likely start on Saturday, April 26. It should begin between 2 and 4 PM Eastern Time.
To watch the event, you simply need to get into a match 10-15 minutes before it begins. The event will be at Magic Mosses, and this is where you will need to head to after jumping out of the Battle Bus.
The event was already leaked, and while it will be short, it will bring map changes. More specifically, leakers claim that the Death Star will appear in the sky, which is a perfect introduction to a Star Wars season.
While the start date and time of the next Fortnite event haven’t been confirmed by Epic yet, we expect this to happen soon. The game developer will have a special announcement this Saturday, which will likely be about the upcoming event and the next season.
