The next Fortnite live event will occur at the end of the Galactic Battle season. Epic Games has once again prepared something big, and we can’t wait to see it! The best part? The event is less than two weeks away! For the first time in more than half a year, Epic will release a massive live event, and here’s all you need to know about it.
In this article, we will reveal the start date and time of the upcoming event. Furthermore, we’ll explain how you can watch it.
When does the next Fortnite live event start?
The next Fortnite live event will take place on Saturday, June 7. This will be the last day of the Galactic Battle season, and Epic will conclude it in a glorious way. Interestingly, the Fortnite developer revealed this on the first day of the season. Not only did Epic reveal the date of the event, but also its name and a few more details.
According to the game creator, the event is called Death Star Sabotage. “Mobilize and take the fight to Emperor Palpatine in a live, in-game narrative event on June 7,” is how Epic described the event. To watch it, you simply need to get into the game at least 30 minutes before the event starts, then queue up for a special game mode.
The current Fortnite season will end on Saturday at 2 PM Eastern Time, which is much earlier than usual. Due to this, we expect the live event to begin at either 1 or 1:30 PM ET. However, Epic Games hasn’t confirmed the start date of the live event yet, but we’ll update this article as soon as we have an official confirmation.
While waiting for the live event, make sure to finish the current Fortnite Battle Pass. If you need an extra boost, you can use some of the best XP maps we picked for you. Furthermore, don’t miss the opportunity to unlock free Fortnite skins that are available for a limited time.
