The newest season of Fortnite has been out for only a few days. While players are having a blast exploring the new biome and trying out new features, Epic Games has already prepared some new content that is set to arrive later in the season. According to the latest leak, the Fortnite developer will release another game-changing feature soon.
It appears that Epic is planning to give the rebooting system a facelift with a future update. With the next update coming in two weeks, the release of the leaked Fortnite feature might be around the corner!
Newest Fortnite leak shows a new way to spend Gold Bars
The new Fortnite season is all about heists and gold. Back in Chapter 2, Epic Games added Gold Bars as an in-game currency, allowing players to use it to purchase items and services from NPCs. The currency has remained in the game since then, but unfortunately, the game doesn’t have many ways to spend it. Gold Bars are easily accumulated, yet spending them is the difficult part, as odd as it sounds.
According to Loolo, one of the most reputable Fortnite leakers, Epic will soon add a new way to spend Gold Bars. In the future, players will be able to purchase Reboot Cards of their teammates with Gold Bars. While the exact cost of this service is currently unknown, we should find out more details about it very soon.

This feature will allow you to buy the reboot cards of the death members of your squad for gold (TBD amount), instead of needing to pick up their cards.

The next Fortnite update is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11. While the release date of the upcoming feature hasn’t been leaked yet, the leaker claims that it’s coming soon. The feature was already enabled in competitive modes by accident, which is why we expect it to come out in March, possibly with the first major update of Chapter 6 – Season 2.
