Fortnite’s Iron Man Mythic item has one fatal flaw

With the latest Fortnite update, Epic Games added two Iron Man Mythic items. Considering that a new skin of this superhero recently came out, this makes sense. Furthermore, we are currently in a Marvel-themed season, so adding new powers is perfect for it. Unfortunately, one of the newest items has received a lot of complaints, despite being very easy to counter.

Iron Man’s Flight Kit is one of the new items and is arguably the best mobility item in the game. While the item deals no damage, it’s still considered powerful, and many players would want Epic to nerf it. However, countering Iron Man’s Mythic item is extremely easy, and we will show you how you can do it.

You can easily counter Iron Man’s Mythic item in Fortnite

Once you pick up Iron Man’s Flight Kit, you’ll likely use it to ambush enemies or run away when you’re low on health. The Fortnite item is amazing and is good enough to almost get you from one corner of the island to another in a single use. However, you need to be careful when flying with it, as your enemies can easily take you down.

The Mythic item is amazing, but its biggest weakness is its durability. If your enemies hit you while you’re flying, you’ll be knocked down to the ground. Conversely, you can do this to them as well. Once your enemy activates the flight with Iron Man’s Mythic, you simply need to shoot them with an assault rifle to bring them down.

This item is similar to Wings of Icarus, a mobility item from Fortnite Chapter 5 – Season 2. Both of the items are fantastic for mobility, yet very easy to counter. However, it won’t be surprising if Epic Games nerfs the new Mythic very soon.
