However, one of the most viral collabs of the season is rather a classic monster Godzilla, who will soon be unlocked in the Hunters Battle Pass and is rumored to be a boss on the island as well. But another leak has suggested a classic monster who is rumored to make its debut in a Battle Royale title.
Fortnite leak suggests Mecha Godzilla skin coming soon
Fortnite data miner ShiinaBR has leaked that Mecha Godzilla is coming to Fortnite in its next major update which is in January 2025. The update is said to unlock the Godzilla rewards from the Battle Pass and also bring some themed quests for players to complete.
However, talking about the skin, leakers spotted cosmetic items like the Back Bling and a second edit style rigged on the current Godzilla skin which will convert the existing monster into its classic Mech variant.
The Mecha Godzilla has been rumored to arrive in the game ever since a giant monster was perched on top of Mega City in Chapter 4 Season 2. But finally, Fortnite players were overjoyed to hear the arrival of the skin soon.
One such player wrote, “That’s going to be awesome!” Another one commented, “Hopefully it’s Kiryu MechaGodzilla” while referring to the classic version of the monster.
