Fortnite has been active when it comes to updates throughout 2024 bringing new seasons to Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, Rocket Racing, and Festival mode. Each update has brought in new storylines, features, weapons, and changes to the gameplay.
Now that Chapter 5 is in its final season ending with a popular Marvel theme, Epic has big plans for the future and bringing Season OG once again to players in November. However, the plan for post-Season OG is finally revealed and it shows multiple updates and when can players expect future Fortnite seasons.
Fortnite reveals its seasonal roadmap for the future, including Chapter 6
In a blog post that shows the UEFN roadmap for upcoming months, Fortnite has revealed key dates when the service will receive key updates and content patches, thus resulting in data miners identifying future seasonal releases.
According to them, here are all the dates when players can expect a Fortnite update alongside the seasons which include Season OG Chapter 2 and Chapter 6 seasons coming soon:
- Fortnite OG Chapter 2: v32.00 – November 2nd 2024
- v32.10 – November 12th 2024
- Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1: v33.00 – December 1st 2024
- v33.10 – December 10th 2024
- v33.20 – January 14th 2025
- v33.30 – February 4th 2025
- Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2: v34.00 – February 21st 2025
- v34.10 – March 11th 2025
- v34.20 – March 25th 2025
The dates above confirm leaks that hinted at the new Chapter 6 arriving on Fortnite on December 1, once Season OG wraps up, but also show that in February, players will be treated to the second season in the chapter as well.
These dates may change according to Epic’s plans when they officially announce the upcoming seasons in their news feed, but as of yet, these are the closest to actual dates you’ll come across.
While you wait for Season OG to arrive on November 2, don’t forget that the Halloween event Fortnitemares 2024 has just begun, which brings a heap of new quests, weapons, and even two bosses you can eliminate on the island to get some legendary loot.
