Donald Mustard, Fortnite’s creative director, decided to leave Epic Games. Mustard has been active in the video gaming industry for more than two decades and has been a big part of the battle royale game. He revealed the news on his X (formerly Twitter) profile, leaving fans shocked.

Thanks to the 47-year-old game designer, Fortnite has gained a lot of popularity. He’s played a big role in its development, and many players enjoyed his hints regarding the future content. Considering he’s been such an important figure, a lot of players are uncertain regarding the future of the game.

Epic Games will likely find a new creative director soon, but it’s unlikely that anyone will be as great as Donald Mustard.

Fortnite’s creative director is leaving this month

Donald Mustard participated in numerous Fortnite events, including the Black Hole. He’s posted several teasers, hinting at future content and making players excited for the video game. While the game designer is leaving his position at Epic Games, he will continue playing the battle royale title.
