The Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 Battle Pass will arrive in just a few more days. Epic Games will have a new beginning of Fortnite with the new chapter, and many things will change. Once again, the game developer will release many fantastic cosmetic items that can be obtained through the Battle Pass.
With Fortnite Chapter 5 releasing on the weekend, millions of players are excited for its launch. Unfortunately, this is a rather bittersweet period, as the OG map will likely be gone. However, new content will make up for it, and here’s what skins we expect from the next Battle Pass.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 Battle Pass could bring survey skins
Epic Games has released several Fortnite surveys during 2023. The latest survey came in early November and shows 40 new skins that will arrive at some point. Some of these skins could come with the next Battle Pass, while most of them will arrive at the Item Shop.
The survey showed many apocalyptic-themed skins, which could be the theme of the next Fortnite season. On top of this, we expect another collaboration skin that will be a bonus reward. With the release of the new music mode, it won’t be surprising if Epic brings another popular artist.
Unfortunately, we don’t know much about the theme of Fortnite Chapter 5. Because of this, it’s nearly impossible to correctly predict the Battle Pass lineup. However, it’s important to note that many skins from Greek mythology were leaked in August 2023.
Each Fortnite island has a codename that matches a character from the mythology, and the Chapter 5 map is codenamed Helios. Here are all the codenames for the previous islands:
- Chapter 1 – Athena
- Chapter 2 – Apollo
- Chapter 3 – Artemis
- Chapter 4 – Asteria
Considering how many amazing characters were leaked, many Fortnite players would love it if they became Battle Pass skins. Having a Greek mythology-themed Battle Pass would certainly be a fantastic idea. However, we will have to wait a few more days to see what skins Epic will add with Chapter 5 – Season 1.
We expect the Chapter 5 Battle Pass to have more than 100 rewards, just like it was the case before the OG Pass. Considering that the OG Season lasts for only a month, a shorter pass makes sense. However, Epic Games will likely go back to releasing bigger passes with the next chapter.
