The Fortnite Chapter 5 map has already been leaked. The new chapter of the popular videogame will likely arrive in December 2023. Thanks to a trailer leak, we already have an idea of what the next map will look like.

Unsurprisingly, Epic Games will release a new island for Chapter 5. The minimap of the new island looks somewhat similar to the island used in Chapter 2, and it’ll be interesting to see how players like it.

The Fortnite Chapter 5 map will have a train and different biomes

Fortnite players are currently enjoying the OG Season, which brought back the Chapter 1 map. However, this will be the shortest Fortnite season of all time, as it will last for only a month. After a live event on Saturday, players will be introduced to Chapter 5.

The Fortnite Chapter 5 map has already been leaked and it looks interesting. It has multiple biomes and the terrain looks similar to the terrain on the Chapter 2 map. The map was leaked by many reputable leakers, including Hypex and iFireMonkey.

The codename of the map is Helios, which is another reference to a character from Greek mythology. Here are all the previous codenames used for Fortnite maps, and as you can see, they are all named after mythology characters:

  • Chapter 1 – Athena
  • Chapter 2 – Apollo
  • Chapter 3 – Artemis
  • Chapter 4 – Asteria

The leaked trailer showed parts of the map, and it looks beautiful. For the first time, Epic Games will add a train that moves over the map. Players can use it for mobility, and it will most likely have some extra loot.
