After a very exciting wait, we finally got the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 Map. The map has changed almost completely and there are a lot of new places to explore.

Fortnite Chapter 3, which ran for a year, ended with the Fracture event on December 3, 2022, leaving its place to Chapter 4 with a powerful Battle Pass.

On the island of Fortnite, nothing is the same as you’re used to in the new season. While the northern part is almost completely covered in snow, green forests prevail in the south.

After you buy the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 Battle Pass, you can explore these places.

But before that, it’s time to take a look at the new map, where you’ll hopefully win hundreds of Ws, either alone or with your friends.

New regions on the map are shown in small sections in the launch trailer for the new season. These are a lot of fun, but there’s a lot more to discover.

There are a total of nine regions on the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 map, but that will likely change in subsequent seasons. The features of each of these regions are very different.

  • Breakwater Bay
  • The Citadel
  • Anvil Square
  • Shattered Slabs
  • Frenzy Fields
  • Faulty Splits
  • Slappy Shores
  • Brutal Bastion
  • Lonely Labs

These locations allude to the stories of some of the characters you get with the Battle Pass. For example, The Citadel is the castle of The Ageless, one of the most legendary skins of the new season.

As in previous seasons, all regions have different weather conditions. Some places are dry, while others are covered with lush trees and hills. In the north there are snowy places where you can feel the cold all the way to your bones.
