Over the past seven years, Epic Games has released thousands of cosmetic items in Fortnite. At first, the cosmetic shop was quite simple, offering skins, emotes, pickaxes, and gliders. Later on, the game developer added many other types of cosmetic items, but some of them are currently unavailable in the Battle Royale mode.
One of the newest types of cosmetics is called Aura. This is essentially a character glow, which looks amazing. Unfortunately, this item is only limited to Fortnite Festival, yet adding it to the Battle Royale mode would be a game-changer. Epic Games should add Auras to Fortnite Battle Royale
Reddit user Odinram97 recently made a post about Auras in the Battle Royale mode. The player asked Epic to add this cosmetic item to the most popular game mode, and there is no doubt that this is a great idea. While this item is amazing in Festival, this niche mode is nowhere as popular as Fortnite Battle Royale. Due to this, adding Aura to other game modes would make this cosmetic item much better.

Many other Reddit users shared their thoughts regarding the suggestion, with some of them improving it. The general consensus is that Epic Games should add this item to the Battle Royale mode, but that it shouldn’t be active all the time. Instead, Aura should be activated only while a player is wearing a crown or is on a kill streak.
While almost everyone agrees that Aura cosmetics are amazing, they are also underused. Adding them to other modes would not only make players happy, but it could also be a profitable move for Epic.
