In FM23, you can now have team talks with your team pre-match during halftime, just like in the PC version. Team talks allow you to express yourself like never before.

New Development Hub

Refreshed Manager Profile
A refreshed manager profile in the mobile game this year will reflect your personality and the traits that have evolved to typify your style of management.
There’s an option to add your own photo to your manager card to bring you closer to the game. Board Confidence has also been revamped to give you more feedback on where you stand with your club’s hierarchy.
Recruitment Improvements
You can expect more realistic business in the transfer window and clearer feedback on negotiations in FM23 Mobile. Your own players’ underlying ambition will also influence the outcomes of dealings with them.
Interim Managers
