Diablo 4 developer Blizzard is now giving out four free battle pass tier skips to Amazon Prime subscribers as part of its collaboration with the multinational tech company. With the seasonal microtransaction containing plenty of flashy cosmetics and leveling it up being somewhat of a grind, getting the chance to progress through tiers without having to slay demon hordes is a deal that every player will surely want to get.

It’s important to keep in mind, though, that this Diablo 4 battle pass promo will only be available for a limited time until September 7, 2023. This means you’ll need to act fast if you want to easily unlock more rewards through the first season’s battle pass, which includes a bunch of different titles, the terrifyingly skeletal Coldiron cosmetic set, a handful of Smoldering Ashes, and more.

To obtain this freebie, you’ll first need to be subscribed to Amazon Prime. This will then give you access to the Prime Gaming page, where you’ll be able to find the Diablo 4 tier skips under the “In-Game Content” category. Once you’ve pressed “Claim”, select the “Get In-Game Content” button found on the right-hand side. If you haven’t connected your platform’s account yet, then you’ll be asked to do so. After you do, the tier skips will automatically be used up once you log-in to the game.

Now, even though Blizzard’s giveaway is largely useful for most players, it appears some still aren’t pleased with what’s been given out as evidenced by the negative comments under the announcement post. One commenter named patf0rd said: “Would love to thank you, but two weeks into the season is very unfortunate timing for players who already finished their battle pass.” “Maybe put a three month limit on skips next time (in-game, not Prime), then it’ll be up for the actual or next season, but can’t be hoarded,” they finished.

Whether or not you’re a fan of this late giveaway, though, this should still be a helpful reward that’ll assist most players in completing their battle pass.
