Dead By Daylight has stellar plans for 2025, and they include the release of a Tokyo Ghoul chapter with Ken Kaneki as a killer. In addition, the other licensed collaboration BeHaviour Interactive has planned for this year is FNAF. This is scheduled to arrive in a matter of months, and a DBD dev has shared when fans will be able to play the Five Nights At Freddy’s chapter before its full release.

Dead By Daylight dev shares when fans can play Five Nights At Freddy’s Chapter

BeHaviour Interactive has confirmed that Dead By Daylight will be at PAX East on May 9th. This is to celebrate the game’s 9th anniversary, and it will provide an “early look at their Five Nights At Freddy’s collaboration”.

While the reveal is something to anticipate, fans are naturally wondering when we will actually get to play the chapter. Fortunately, community manager, Eric Pope, has revealed on X that the PTB is coming out “later in the month”.

DBD leaker, Dvveet, has guessed that the PTB could potentially drop on May 13th, but Eric Pope has said the Pax East showcase happens “way before”. PTBs typically drop on Tuesday, as illustrated by Tokyo Ghoul launching on March 11th, so the three possible dates for the Five Nights At Freddy’s PTB include May 13th, 20th, and 27th.

It’s also possible the PTB could launch on a different day as The Houndmaster demo was surprisingly dropped on Thursday. Either way, the earliest fans will be able to play DBD x FNAF is in May.

As for the full release on all platforms, it should come out in June. We don’t know anything about the chapter, but previous leaks have claimed to reveal the survivor and killer.
