Crytek has spoken out to end the rumours that Crysis 3 might be coming to Wii U.
“Just to answer the speculation, we are not currently working on a Wii U version of #Crysis3” said Crytek general manager Nick Button-Brown, posting on Twitter.
Naturally, “not currently” doesn’t mean “never”, but it certainly seems that a Wii U version is off the cards for now.
Rumours have persisted that Prophet might be showing up on Nintendo’s new machine, despite Crytek’s repeated assertions to the contrary.
