Castlevania: Advance Collection resurfaces once more on Taiwanese ratings board

Castlevania Collection
Ben Borthwick Updated on by

Another listing for a Castlevania: Advance Collection has surfaced, this time on a Taiwanese ratings board despite the collection still awaiting a formal announcement.

The website of the Taiwan Entertainment Software Rating Information briefly held the listing, reports Gematsu. Though since seemingly removed, it marks the collection’s third appearance in the space of a few months. The first time the collection was spotted in Australia in June, before turning up on a Korean ratings board a few days later.

This latest listing also appears to confirm for the first time which console platforms the collection will head to. Joining the established PC version are the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. (It’s worth pointing out the first listing did mention a multiplatform release, but stopped short of saying which ones.)

While there’s still no official word from Konami, it’s believed the Castlevania Advance collection will feature three Game Boy Advance entries in the series. These include Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance and Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow which all landed between 2001 and 2003.

Hopefully, this means we’re not too far away from an official announcement of some kind. We’ll keep you in the loop, should we hear of one.
