According to Bully YouTuber SWEGTA, a Rockstar insider shared a leak that Bully 2 is on its way to current and next generation consoles next year (via ComicBook).

SWEGTA’s video stated that a Rockstar insider, who is kept anonymous, claimed that Bully 2 is in development and scheduled for a release window of late 2020. Not only this, but the sequel is also slated for launch on both current and next-generation consoles; that is, the PS5 and Project Scarlett.

Rockstar Games is hoping that Bully 2 would therefore replicate similar success to Grand Theft Auto V’s release on two console generations, according to the insider. SWEGTA is confident in their source, but this is unofficial information and has to be regarded with some skepticism. SWEGTA is very knowledgeable on the game and has even interviewed Bully voice actor, Gerry Rosenthal. Yet, Rockstar Games released Red Dead Redemption 2 just last year and continues to support its online mode with hefty updates; to begin work on another open-world action game seems a little bit much. But, we do know that the studio were hiring for next-generation projects, and Bully 2 might be one of them, if the source is correct.

There is no official announcement of a sequel to Bully, but with the frequency of potential leaks flying about, plenty of people want school to be back in session at Bullworth Academy. Watch SWEGTA’s Bully 2 video below.
