Baldur’s Gate 3 was the best game of 2023 for most gamers and the good news is that Larian is still committed to updating and improving what is already an epic masterpiece. Larian Studios’ next update is imminent, and here you will find the expected BG3 patch 6 release date and time for when it will come out, along with the official download size for PS5, PC, and Xbox.
Larian Studios’ Baldur’s Gate 3 was the love of almost everyone last year, and it was our game of the year winner for 2023. And it’s easy to see why as it’s an incredible RPG rivaled by few thanks to its fun turn-based gameplay, wonderful cast of characters, meaningful choices, and spicy romances. There are several romance options in the game, and kissing is set to get spicier with Larian’s new update.
It’s been a while since patch 5 came out, but the release date and time for patch 6 is now right around the corner. Larian Studios has already revealed that it’s a very big update for the community, and we cannot wait for it to come out so we can go back to awkwardly smooching companions covered in foul blood after massacring innocents.
Baldur’s Gate 3 patch 6 release date
The expected release date for Baldur’s Gate 3 patch 6 is February 16th. This specific day hasn’t been confirmed by Larian Studios, but, on the official baldursgate3 Twitter account, a message was posted on February 9th saying it is ‘Releasing next week’. It’s unlikely to come out on the weekend, so today is the only possible launch date seeing as no delay has been announced.
When does Baldur’s Gate 3 patch 6 come out
The release date and time for when Baldur’s Gate 3 patch 6 should come out is 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET/ 6 PM GMT on February 16th. Again, Larian Studios has not confirmed today for lift-off, but they did confirm it is coming out this week and these launch hours applied to patch 5 back in December 2023.

Unfortunately, although it is likely to come out today for PS5, Xbox, and PC Steam, there is no launch in sight for Mac. Larian has not suggested when it will become available on Mac so hopefully, it doesn’t take too long to arrive.
