Ubisoft has outlined the day one patch for Assassin's Creed Odyssey, confirming the update will weigh in at around 1.4GB.
The update is pretty much what you'd expect from an open-world game, mainly focusing on quality-of-life improvements. Loading times have been improved, general performance and stability tweaks will be added, and various 'game breakers' have been ironed out.
You can have a butcher's at the full patch notes on Ubisoft's official forums.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey is due out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on October 5. Developer Ubisoft Quebec has mapped out an extensive post-launch plan for the stealthy stab-'em-up, among which includes extra story missions and a remastered Assassin's Creed III.
It's just as well too, as Assassin's Creed won't be getting a new game in 2019, so you'll want to milk this latest game for all it's worth.
