Xbox has announced the four games that subscribers to the Xbox Games With Gold scheme will be able to pick up for the month of October.
First up is musical shooter Aaero, landing from October 1 to October 31. You’ll be flying your way through intergalactic environments, while tracing ribbons of light to a licensed soundtrack. Expect music from the likes of Noisia, Katy B, Flux Pavilion, The Prototypes and more. That’ll be joined by cel-shaded parkour game Hover from October 16 to November 15.
These are joined by two Halloween appropriate offerings for this month. First up is Castlevania: Harmony of Despair from Konami. The classic side scrolling platformer pits you and up to six friends against Dracula himself. That arrives on Games With Gold from October 1 until October 15. Then, the second half of the month welcomes Resident Evil Code: Veronica X. The final entry in the series before it’d change things up drastically for Resident Evil 4, you’ll be able to grab this from October 16 to October 31.
All four games are playable, of course, on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. Both Games with Gold and Xbox Games Pass Ultimate subscribers can nab ’em. You’ve also still got a couple of days left to pick up last month’s offerings, if you haven’t already.
